It’s not snowing. I just thought I should let you all know that. I know that it’s just the beginning of February, but I’m declaring it spring. Not that declaring anything will make the snow stop. It seems that all I can do is pretend that it’s spring time in my kitchen. If you just focus on the tulips, you can almost forget the biting cold.
