So you see, in the power of attorney, the Company was permiting the Attorneys, therefore the infinitive had to be used. Which means that I was right, and that I should have more faith in my job as a proofreader. P.S. Matej, the capitalisation is funky because the sentence was in a power of attorney and was talking about a certain Company and certain Attorneys, and it does make sense. I’ll shut up now.
